Field View Electrical Ltd has been trading now for 15 years and we have seen many changes in the rules and regulations within the electrical trade this means a lots of hard work to keep up with these by attending courses sitting exams but all our staff are up to date with the relevant qualifications for there day to day working. Also at Field View have been very busy in the offices after our big move to Old London Road  after the first few months of total kayos and problems we are up and running the new display area is open and looking good more important customers are coming through the door the phones are ringing non stop and the future is looking good.Our spares and repairs section in the unit is very busy with repairs with any thing from table lamps to electric showers we have a next day parts service available for most of our spare parts we also stock many spares on our counter why not pop and see us.

Field View Electrical is carrying out the annual checks on portable appliances in and round the town we are getting our eyes opened by the state of customers electrical appliances which are still in use we have found anything from bare cables,smashed plug tops,and melted extensions.If you have a holiday cottage,rented house or a business where you have employees or tenants you must have you items  tested to cover yourself and employees so if you require a estimate to have this service carried out please give our office a call.

One of our big projects was spent in some very wet and windy days at Gamblesby Chapel in the village of Gamblesby just outside Melmerby village where the hole building was transformed from an old disused chapel to a modern day property with all the mod cons from mood lighting to a library built into the spire,sunken bath in the en suite of the master bedroom heat source and recycling heat system built in all areas and rooms this allows the building to stay cool in summer and warm in the winter and save energy this project was also filmed and shown on channel 4 Restoration Man series with George Clark.
