New Customers Page Of Shame
Field View Electrical Ltd is like many other companies in Cumbria who are at there wits end now by the customers who don't pay there bills on time or have a complaint soon as they are phoned regarding outstanding amount here is a list of the things we get told.
- Oh sorry I didn't know I had a outstanding bill have you sent one.
- Im sure I have paid that last month.
- The Cheque is in the post I posted it yesterday.
- Sorry im waiting for a new cheque book form the bank.
- I will call in in on the way to work and pay.
- Thought my wife/husband had paid.
- Have you not got it I did send it 2 weeks ago.
- Just waiting for my wages to go in on Friday (2 Months later)
- The job isn't finished as I needed something else done so I will pay all in one go.
- Not happy with the work so I don't think I should pay full amount.
- Not the lights I asked for so not paying for them (Customer picked them)
- Your lads weren't here all day so I didn't think it would be full price.
- So if your thinking of coming up with one of the above don't bother eve heard them all.
- So what we intend to do is list the our customers who are bad payers for other contractors and the general public who view this site see.
- Month of June 2013 Bad Payers and there reason for not bill there bill in 14 Days of invoice date.
